GREENFIELD TEMP-TO-HIRE Office Assistant JOB SUMMARY Are you a customer service professional looking for a new career opportunity to expand upon your skills? This could be just the role you are looking for! In this temp to hire Office Assistant position, you will assist customers with purchasing items from the store and handle warranty claims on the various items and parts. This also includes tasks like selling parts over the counter, writing up repair orders for customer\'s parts that are in for service, invoicing customers for finished work orders, answering customer inquiries, and directing calls. Other daily tasks include: Handling warranty claims (getting approvals from manufacturer) Ensuring all stipulations of warranty are met. Invoicing the warranty in the manufacturers online program. Ordering and creating purchase orders. Receiving parts and inputting into system. Processing payables for parts. Office Assistant Requirements: Very strong customer service mindset Strong computer proficiency Exceptional attention to detail and willingness to learn. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their customer service skills and who always goes the extra mile to ensure tasks are completed with strong detail and accuracy. This is a temp to hire opportunity with a pay rate of \$18.00 - \$25.00 per hour, based on experience.
