Actalent Electrical Engineer - Wire Harness in Greensboro, North Carolina

Position Overview: The Wire Harness Engineer is responsible for the development of wiring and harness solutions for heavy industrial equipment. This role involves using advanced CAD tools to design and implement wiring systems based on specific requirements. The engineer will also be tasked with making minor adjustments to existing technical solutions to ensure optimal performance and compliance with engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop wiring and harness systems using CAD tools such as CREO or CATIA.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and integrate wiring requirements into technical solutions.

  • Implement the agreed-upon technical solutions, ensuring they meet all specifications and standards.

  • Perform minor modifications to enhance the functionality and reliability of existing wiring systems.

  • Document design processes and maintain records of wiring specifications and adjustments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).

  • Proven experience in the design and development of wiring
