Job Title: Billing Invoicing ClerkJob Description

The Billing Invoicing Clerk position typically requires 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. This role focuses on designing and ensuring compliance with billing and invoicing processes. Key responsibilities include verifying billing information to ensure accuracy, monitoring customer accounts to ensure timely payments, and reporting on overdue accounts. The role also involves resolving billing discrepancies by investigating and resolving errors and recommending process improvements to prevent future errors. The position may include collections activities as well.
