How you will make an impact!
The Associate Market Development Manager for Biosciences is a member of the North American Market Development team and is responsible for implementation of Go-to-Market and demand generation plans for a consumables' portfolio in our Protein Biology and Cellular Analysis business unit. The ideal candidate leads the development and execution of regional marketing plans to support the Bioscience sales team in a fast moving market environment.
What you will do:
This individual is a successful, results-focused leader who coordinates closely with our Global Market Development team, Marketing Operations, Product Management, Commercial Sales, and Executive Management to help define, lead, and implement integrated marketing programs built to achieve sales, marketing, and portfolio goals.
They will also lead projects and communicate with internal business partners to influence marketing campaign messaging and convert those messages into effective marketing programs leading to revenue, improved customer gratification, and market growth.
This is a highly visible individual contributor role that delivers our tactical marketing goals for a large business. Successful candidates will be productive and additive to the vision of the Commercial Operations leaders and the Bioscience business teams within 120 days.
Responsibilities:
Determine regional marketing strategies and develop comprehensive marketing plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement marketing campaigns
Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Create compelling marketing content, including presentations, brochures, and sales collateral
Manage digital marketing and sales enblement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field require with 2+ years proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the scientific industry
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Flawless attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ambitious and focused on achieving goals
Ability to competently use marketing software and tools
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $83,300.00–$120,000.00.
