Camping World Digital Project Manager / Product Owner (Good Sam) in Greenville, North Carolina

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Project Manager / Product Owner to join our team. As a Digital Project Manager / Product Owner, you will be responsible for leading the development of digital products from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects that meet business goals and customer needs.

What You'll Do:

  • Aid in the development and execution of the product roadmap, alongside the Product Manager

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to create and maintain product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria

  • Manage and prioritize backlog based on business value, customer needs, and development effort

  • Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings with cross-functional teams

  • Ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget

  • Use data analytics and customer feedback to measure and optimize feature & project performance, and identify opportunities for improvement

  • Assist the Product Manager in communicating product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and partners when needed

  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of digital projects

What You'll Need to Have for the Role:

  • At least 2 years of experience in digital product ownership or project management

  • Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work effectively with UX/UI designers, developers, and stakeholders

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

  • Familiarity with data analytics and customer feedback tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Bizrate

  • Experience in using Jira or other agile project management tools

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

Pay Range:

$89,565.00-$134,295.00 Annual
