Job Description

What will you do?

  1. Participates/supports execution of studies, tech transfer, commercial scale-up and process validation.

  2. Assures documentation is in accordance with GDP/GMP.

  3. Participates in problem-solving and project deliverables for formulations, equipment, and supporting processes.

  4. Supports or revises work orders, forms, reports, memos, and protocols as required.

  5. Supports technically complicated projects for lead scientists; may lead small projects on a case by case basis.

  6. Supports the evaluation and interpretation of process data to support conclusions/ recommendations used in reports and client communication.

  7. Supports active manufacturing processes, including in-process testing and activity coordination for manufacturing readiness.

  8. Coordinates sample shipments.

How will you get here?

Education

Bachelor of Science in any Science or STEM degree. Associate degree with 2 years related experience can be considered.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

· Knowledge of scientific methodology and development as related to the pharmaceutical industry.

· Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Strong technical writing skills required.

· Effective interpersonal and presentation skills, including leading technical discussions with internal and external clients.

· Ability to develop knowledge and skills in pharmaceutical processes, equipment, instrumentation, and procedures.

· Ability to evaluate data, develop technical solutions, and make recommendations.
