Job Description Summary

Perform the daily operations of Buckets on 3rd shift to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leads a team of hourly employees with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

  • Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.

  • Responsible for takt attainment on assigned lean lines daily

  • Resolves production issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures.

  • Executes standard work and problem solving on a daily basis

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing).

  • At least 1 year of manufacturing experience

Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future

  • Must be 100% onsite at the Greenville, SC Plant

  • Ability to work 10:30pm-7:30 am Sunday-Thursday

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

  • CNC machining experience

  • Team leadership in a manufacturing environment

  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as required by business needs (minimum 1 weekend monthly

Pay Transparency

The starting base pay range for this position is $ 74,800 - 93,500. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 5% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This posting is expected to close on July 4, 2024, or thereafter.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
