Responsible for driving demand in the marketplace by providing management and oversight to a broad range of digital marketing and communications activities focused on content creation, social media, email, copywriting, and public relations, and more to achieve marketing ROI and sales pipeline growth.
Supports the development of content creation with internal and external team, promotional strategy, calendar, and internal posting and sales/marketing communications. Includes digital and print across a broad range of types including but not limited to brochures, info sheets, infographics, eBooks, case studies, videos, PPTs, etc.
Develops and leads company social media strategy across multiple platforms, writing weekly posting cadence, and responsible for metrics growth and implementing employee advocacy plan.
Develops, manages and writes monthly emails to promote high value content to target audience for increase thought leadership and quality lead generation.
Owns public relations strategy and outreach on a local and national level. Manages press releases and posting on newswire through online platform and reporting on post engagement metrics.
Support in the project management of internal and external partnerships with industry magazines, analysts, associations and content creation and execution such as webinars, podcasts, videos, eBooks research reports, etc.
Helps support ATS sponsored events and lead speaking opportunities to drive sales pipeline growth from a networking and thought leadership perspective.
Lead the plan and efforts around applying for and the promotional plan if won for company and industry related awards.
Provide copywriting, messaging and proofing support to team initiatives across digital and print initiatives including blogs and SEO optimized copy for website.
Be a core team member focused on sales enablement and supporting the sales team with improving buyer journey content engagement, social selling, email campaigns, content tracking and metrics.
Lead marketing video strategy including creation, execution, storage and promotion across digital channels.
Own internal Marketing Intranet and updates accordingly with new Marketing news, content, and any branding changes.
Help support Marketing SharePoint including file organization structure, content tracking, and master supporting documents for team efficiency and optimal productivity.
Researches and stays abreast of current/upcoming digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies.
Effectively learns the business and develops, communicates and promotes ATS from a B2B marketing perspective in accordance with established brand guidelines.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs), & Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
At least 1-5+ years of proven marketing experience preferably in a B2B corporate organization
Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of graphic design best practices, principles and software and experience working with a designer in content creation
Proficient in digital marketing, social platforms, copywriting, proofing, and SEO optimization
Demand generation and ROI driven, up on latest marketing trends and methodologies
Ability to manage and prioritize various projects / emails and re-prioritize daily as needed to meet all deadlines, excel at two-way communication/follow up, and be accountable for meeting the role responsibilities with proven, consistent quality work.
Ability to travel as needed (up to 10%)
Working knowledge in Pardot and Salesforce (CRM), Google Analytics, Sprout Social
Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
Skillset in video creation and editing software like Adobe Premier Pro
Experience in SEO and PPC
Efficient in Microsoft PPT
Excels at being detailed-oriented
Multi-tasker/superb project management/follow up
Works well as part of a team but is accountable for individual role responsibilities
Tech-savvy, quick learner, self-motivated, creative
Professional communicator, verbal and written
Focused on tactics/details but understands and doesn’t lose sight of big picture
Physical Demands and Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, speak, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods, reach with arms, and use close vision. At times, the employee is required to use a telephone, a keyboard and computer, and other office equipment. Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
