Genesis10 is seeking a Help Desk Analyst 3 for a 3-month on-site contract position with a leading client located in Columbus, OH. This role pays $28.00 - 33.50 per hour W2 based on experience. Job Duties: Prepared desktops, laptops, monitors, and other IT accessories for end users. End users could include SOS personnel both in the office and remotely and Boards of Elections' election night reporting computers. This role will involve troubleshooting various software, hardware, and other questions related to those items and issues. Qualifications: Microsoft Office products in a work environment Supporting MAC products Customer service-focused support to the operation Must have experience in Microsoft Technology as well as MAC computers for support to users with that technology or equipment.
