Altogether, Tremco CPG companies operate 21 manufacturing facilities, 6 distribution sites, and 3 R&D/technology sites, and employ more than 2,700 people across North America GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Quality Assurance Representative is primarily involved with 1) establishing scopes of work, 2) installation audits, 3) site observations, and 4) escalated warranty and/or workmanship related issues and/or claims. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with TBS Sales and Production, and, as needed, CS&W Technical, to develop/clarify scopes of work for all services. Work with customers (builders, GCs, etc) as needed to gain consensus on scopes of work. Work with TBS Production to ensure scopes of work are understood and implemented. Perform on site installation audits at a frequency set by TBS Management. Manage and curate the data collected through observation summaries performed on site. Train others to perform compliant installation audits, as needed. Perform site observations on ongoing projects as directed by TBS Management. Prepare written observation summary for all relevant parties. Train others to perform compliant site observations, as needed. Develop processes and systems that help clarify the effectiveness of the installation audit and site observation processes. Provide advanced assessment and troubleshooting services on escalated warranty or workmanship issues as directed by TBS Management. As needed, in support of the warranty lead, Provide primary assessment and troubleshooting support Prepare assessment summaries for all relevant parties and request service orders with clear detail on the work to be performed. Complete minor repair work while on site for the assessment when possible. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE High School diploma, GED, or equivalent Two to four years of related experience Quality assurance and process improvement experience preferred Working on construction sites is a plus OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Ability to analyze audit data and interpret it is preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) Ability to diagnose sources of moisture and air infiltration PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Incumbent must be able to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, kneel, talk, hear, and lift up to 25 lbs. BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION: The salary range for applicants in this position is generally $64,499 to $80,625. The range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
