Location: Guipavas, France

Opportunity

  • The organization of monthly/quarterly financial reviews with the various business partners;

  • Construction and budget follow-up with operational staff;

  • Active participation in monthly and annual closings, assistance to the reporting manager

  • Design and implement advanced data analytics models to identify key financial and operational trends.

  • Use business intelligence tools to extract, consolidate, and interpret complex data.

  • Carry out a monthly analysis of the performance of your perimeter, in particular by studying the gaps between achievements and forecast objectives, and identifying any corrective actions;

  • Develop interactive dashboards to provide real-time insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor transformation action plans as part of continuous improvement .

Skills/Requirements

  • Ideally with a degree in Finance/Management (or equivalent successful professional experience)You have, ideally, 5 years of professional experience in a similar position. Experience in a private practice would be a plus.

  • You have advanced skills in data analysis, ETL, data storage, data management and BI tools. You are able to draw recommendations and set up new analysis grids.

  • You are attracted by changing environments and the implementation of new processes and solutions.

  • You have good listening skills, analytical skills and synthesis skills.

  • You enjoy working in a team and are able to build a lasting partnership with different stakeholders.

  • You are able to carry out your missions independently.

  • You enjoy new challenges and are a driving force for continuous improvement.
