Senior Analyst, Business Analytics & MIS

Sr Analyst – Business Analytics & MIS

Location: Gurgaon

Overview

The role supports the Sales and Business Development teams in South Asia Division and is responsible for collating, analyzing, presenting and reporting of business, operational and administrative data for supporting business decisions. Position will report to the COO South Asia or his delegate.

Responsibilities

Develop, refine and maintain dashboards on business performance & KPI’s.

Create data visualizations, reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations for key

business challenges

Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems dashboards and

track performance metrics that support key business decisions.

Improve data quality by leveraging internal tools/frameworks.

Perform ad-hoc deep dive analysis and generate insights based on the data patterns and recommend actions to be taken by the business.

Manages medium-sized projects/initiatives around Business Intelligence, KPI assurance, customer performance and Sales portfolio benchmarking

Manages SLAs to ensure KPI assurance and compliance within the Sales function

Communicates effectively & regularly with the internal stakeholders to gather/disseminate MIS/information.

Experience

A candidate high on energy with solid analytical skills, comfort with data/numbers, good data interpretation and presentation skills and a collaborative mindset would be most likely to succeed in the role.

Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in data analytics and reporting needed.

Proficiency with business analytics/MIS tools/databases needed.

Candidates having experience in Payments would be preferred.
