Description We are searching for a passionate self-starter looking to grow their career as a Sales Assistant. If you are a motivated worker, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. • Generating sales reports and preparing presentations

• Assisting sales teams with administrative, technical and clerical tasks

• Supporting and participating in trade shows and conventions

• Supplying superior customer service, maintaining a kind and detail oriented manner

• Aiding the sales department with the promotion of company products and services

• Handling and coordinating training courses for internal employees

• Ensuring process completion by assisting with coordinating orders

• Making travel and meeting arrangements

• Writing communications and proofreading materials

• Executing any additional Sales Assistant-related tasks as required Requirements - Be creative, adaptive, and eager to learn new technical skill sets

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications

  • Customer service experience desired

  • Comprehension of Store Experience

  • Proven knowledge of check processing

  • Skills in Cycle Count

  • Sales experience preferred

  • Proficiency in procedures

  • Ability to multitask effectively

  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills required

  • Recommended experience includes 2+ years of Sales Assistance

  • Excellent social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as with outside clients and vendor
