Job Description As the Construction Business Development and Marketing Associate, you're responsible for supporting the Development team in organizing information to support customer development and project pursuits and in performing marketing tasks for regional, national, vertical-specific targeted work. This position can sit in Columbus, OH, Charleston, SC, or Cincinnati, OH. Key Responsibilities Customer Development Be the central hub of market knowledge, activity, and resources for the Development Team. Be the central hub of regional/national owner, customer and key influencer information that is part of a comprehensive process to secure work. Align information so that it is readily accessible and easily used in the Project Execution Process (PEP). Assist in information and data gathering that supports the PEP Lead the Development of a future CRM Hub (Client Relationship Management System) that is systematic, scalable, and sustainable. Project Development Collaborate with the Development Team to provide information to advance our preconstruction approaches that align with more upstream client needs. Support the creation of proposals and presentations as directed by the Development Team. Marketing Capture case studies to highlight our technical expertise and thought leadership in the commercial concrete space. Advance our prequalification and proposal process to optimize our efficiency and quality of deliverables to our project stakeholders. Assist in the creation of marketing collateral as needed. Qualifications A bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience is required. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in business development, marketing, or related field is required. Experience in construction or similar industry is required. Experience in WordPress themes and plugins or similar platform is preferred. Your job offer is contingent upon a successful drug test.
