Your responsibilities Validation of Laser Cutting: Conduct validation tests on valve discs produced through laser cutting processes to ensure they meet specified quality and performance standards. Test Setup and Execution: Set up and execute validation tests, including measurement and inspection of valve discs to verify accuracy and consistency of laser-cut dimensions. Data Analysis: Analyze test data to identify any deviations or issues with the laser cutting process, and assess the impact on valve disc performance. Documentation: Document validation procedures, test results, and any anomalies observed, providing detailed reports for review and future reference. Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineering teams to recommend and implement improvements to the laser cutting process based on validation findings. Compliance: Ensure all validation activities comply with company standards and industry regulations. Your profile This position does not provide relocation assistance or housing allowance. Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong understanding of laser cutting technology and its application in manufacturing. Basic experience or coursework in validation, testing, and quality assurance processes. Proficiency in using measurement tools and equipment for inspecting precision components. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret test data and identify process improvements. Detail-oriented with excellent documentation skills and the ability to produce clear, accurate reports. Good communication skills for working effectively with engineering teams and presenting findings.
