The Labor & Delivery OB Technician will support West Chester Labor & Delivery unit. They will be delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to assist in a circulator role under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse. Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school graduate or GED required.
• BLS certification- within 60 days of hire
• STNA preferred; successful passage of 80 hours of State Tested Nurse Aide Training; 40 hours of Acute Medical-Surgical Training, Specialty Training and Hospital Specific Training or a Student from an NLN accredited RN program having successfully completed one Medical-Surgical rotation or another acute rotation.
• 1-2 years Medical Assistant or previous operating room preferred.
