We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an IT Enterprise Architect (m/f/diverse). The IT Enterprise Architect will play a pivotal role in providing transparency to our IT landscape and build the foundation for developing our IT landscape and data strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise architecture, project management, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement an enterprise architecture management process and tool to provide transparency to the IT landscape.
Collaborate with competence centers and regions to gather comprehensive insights into the organization's IT environment.
Lead the implementation of cross-functional applications, such as middleware, to enhance interoperability and efficiency.
Provide support for the development and implementation of the organization's data strategy, ensuring data integrity, security, and accessibility.
Establish key technologies and implement a process for evaluating new technologies to meet the organization's evolving needs.
Represent the sector in cross-sector councils and forums, advocating for alignment with group sector policies and objectives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with group sector policies and standards.
Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Several years of experience in enterprise architecture, project management, or related field
Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
Experience with enterprise architecture management tools and processes
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion
Knowledge of data management principles and practices
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to IT governance and compliance
Fluent in English (written and spoken), German language skills are an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans
