The Bureau of Project Delivery, Contract Management Section has created this role to handle a range of intricate responsibilities related to the management, selection, and implementation of engineering agreements. The primary objective of this position is to oversee the process of requesting consultant services, offer assistance to the Department Consultant Selection Committee, and assess and authorize the overhead rates charged by consultants who provide their services.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six years of civil engineering experience in the appropriate specialty and an Engineer-in-Training certificate issued by or acceptable to the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists; or

Five years of civil engineering experience in the appropriate specialty; and an Engineer-in-Training certificate issued by or acceptable to the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists; and an associate's degree in civil engineering technology or a closely related engineering discipline; or

Two years of professional civil engineering experience in the appropriate specialty, and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
