The role will collaborate with Senior Business and Technology Leaders to identify, prioritize, and ensure consistent product delivery with quality across the globe. This individual will require a strong mix of leadership skills with business and technical acumen to drive measurable value aligned to business strategy. Driving a culture of innovation with a focus on developing talent will be key to ensure team members are in tune with emerging industry and technology trends. There will be a heavy focus on modernizing the physical and digital flow of products to enable an integrated customer experience in line with our autonomous supply chain strategy.

This role will partner across the Supply Chain and Commercial organizations with a deep focus in understanding customer needs and problems as input into developing our technology product roadmap. By implementing user centric industry leading strategies in areas of design and rapid prototyping, we will deliver Minimal Viable Products with speed and agility to meet the needs of the customers and patients we serve.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of delivering IT solutions in support of Distribution in the Americas region and Device Circularity Systems globally.

  • Ensure appropriate software delivery methodologies are in place to deliver quality IT solutions tied to business Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

  • Empower teams to be self-directed in working together to achieve goals

  • Drive strategic organizational and talent activities including recruiting, retaining, and developing leaders across J&J to ensure a strong talent pipeline.

  • Drive integration strategy with 3rd Party Logistics providers to fulfill on time and in full delivery with accuracy and quality.

  • Strong Business Acumen & Communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work with business partners to understand business requirements and define a data and analytics strategy and the associated capabilities.

  • Strong leadership experience in building highly effective, collaborative teams with strong track record of successful delivery.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in the field of Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other relevant field; (Master's degree is preferred)

  • At least 7 years of Experience in Information Technology

  • 2 years of Supply Chain experience is required

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex solutions applying Agile delivery methodologies required

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)

  • Self-motivated leader that can build highly effective, collaborative teams that deliver measurable value

  • Product Management experience is required

Preferred

  • Prior experience managing global IT organizations is preferred

Up to 20% travel may be required

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $244,950.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
