Read on.The retail Marketing Team is looking for a Manager of CRM Lifecycle Management to play an important role in driving ExtraCare and ExtraCare Plus customer engagement across email, SMS, PUSH and Direct Mail. In this role, you will collaborate on the creation and execution of CRM lifecycle strategies by using data driven insights to create personalized experiences for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a background in CRM or lifecycle marketing with an understanding of the intricacies of personalization at scale.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of lifecycle strategies on CRM channels.

  • Facilitate the implementation of acquisition, onboarding and retention strategies across CRM channels – including email, PUSH, SMS, in-app messaging and direct mail.

  • Help build and execute against the CRM lifecycle roadmap for specific segments.

  • Work cross functionally with to optimize tactics deployed across CRM channels.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer lifecycle across CRM channels.

    WORK HOURS: This position will be hybrid with anticipated in office days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Candidates will be within a reasonable commuting distance to one of the following CVS HUBS: Woonsocket, RI., Hartford, CT, Wellesley, MA., New York, NY or Chicago, IL

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    Minimum: $ 63,300

    Maximum: $ 139,200

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience with a strong foundation of business, retailer, and consumer understanding

  • 2+ years of experience with CRM/lifecycle marketing programs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience

  • Success creating data-driven strategies to influence performance

  • Familiarity with customer segmentation to drive personalization

  • Understanding of the customer lifecycle journey across multiple channels

  • Hands-on experience in enterprise level marketing platforms

  • Experience with loyalty programs or loyalty marketing, specifically with a customer facing brand.

  • Understanding of omni-channel orchestration

  • Self-motivated, high-capacity individual who can function in a performance-driven environment

  • Excellent communication skills that can be effectively articulated in both written and oral forms across a diverse audience base

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (4 years)

Pay Range
