Job Description: GentleBrook in Hartville, OH, has multiple full-time Direct Support Professional (First Shift / Second Shift / Third Shift) openings. Duties include personal care of clients, meals, laundry, toileting, laundry, housekeeping, documentation, active treatment, behavior support, transportation and medication administration.

* $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS *

First Shift - 6:00 a.m.-6:30 p.m.

Second Shift - 8:00 a.m.-8:30 p.m.

Third Shift - 6:00 p.m.-6:30 a.m.

Details: Full time. First Shift, Second Shift, Third Shift. 37.5 hours/week. Sunday through Saturday. $16.50/hour plus $0.50/hour shift differential for any hours worked between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Qualifications: High school diploma / GED. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Driver's License Requirement(s): Must Have Valid Driver's License.
