EOS Hospitality Wequassett Employee LLC Wait Staff in Harwich, Massachusetts

DATES OF NEED: 4/1/2024 - 11/10/2024 JOB TITLE: Wait Staff DUTIES: Responsible for greeting customers, setting-up the dining areas and banquet spaces, taking and placing guest orders, carrying trays and plates, serving food and beverages, and cleaning and clearing tables. No experience necessary; will train. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must complete company on-line application/questionnaire. SCHEDULE: Generally, a minimum of 35hrs p/wk, on average 7hrs p/workday, and 5-workdays p/wk. Weekends and holidays required. HOURS: Various shifts are available but normally 7:00am-2:00pm, 4:00pm-11:00pm, and/or 11:00pm-6:00am daily. WAGE: Employer will guarantee minimum wage rate of \$19.17 p/hr (wage will consist of Massachusetts minimum wage, tips and additional employer pay as needed). Returning workers and workers with more experience may be paid higher wage rates up to \$25.00 p/hr. Overtime hours may be available at a rate ranging from \$28.76-\$37.50 p/hr. Initial transportation to begin the seasonal/peak employment (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence will be at least \$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts. 2. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. 3. The employer will provide workers at no charge with all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. 4. The employer will use a single work week for computing wages starting Friday at 12:00am and ending Thursday at 11:59pm and the employee will be paid weekly. 5. H-2B workers will be reimbursed during the first workweek for subsistence, visa, visa processing and related costs, except passport costs, by company payroll. 6. The employer will make deductions from workers paycheck required by law.
