Provide support to Global Fraud Back Office Leadership in achieving Business, Customer and Employee goals
Tracking various business metrics & publishing report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly)
Analyzing daily, weekly & monthly performance and recommends measures for improvement
Identify & escalate trend in volumes
Ability to ensure accuracy in all deliverables and independently oversee daily work with adherence to business requirements and process controls
Exceptional problem solving combined with strong interpersonal skill
Analytical skills are essential for this role with proven demonstration of strong thought leadership
Appropriately handles sensitive information with confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority
Flexibility in work schedule
Fraud knowledge will be preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking skills

Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

1-2 years relevant work experience in areas such as operations, regulatory compliance, internal control, case management or project management
