Position Summary

• Successful candidate for this position should be able to demonstrate 12+ years' experience leading and performing the following functions supporting & developments of Oracle EBS Financial implementation:

• Responsible for leading development and technical support of Oracle Financial (AP/GL, FA...) and custom modules interface, conversions, reports and other customizations including creation of documentation, code and unit test results.

• Candidate must have knowledge and experience on Technical Support & Development of OAF.

• Responsible for independent development and enhancements of Bechtel custom applications in Oracle tool set.

• Working with production support team to assess, resolve and deploy fixes for system defects on Oracle Financials Release 12.

• Prepare and execute unit, system, and integration test cases.

• Resolve Technical issues including Oracle SRs

• Design and implement functional and technical configuration.

Responsibilities

• Should have good working experience on RICE components like; XML Publisher, Workflows, Performance Tuning and Interfaces (API)

• Write Technical Design documents from provided Functional Designs, and create Unit test documents for the related areas

• Ability to teach/help others the technical and functional knowledge and abilities needed to achieve results at the optimum level of performance.

• Team Player, able to provide input into a multifunctional team.

• Able to communicate about technical issues to non-technical coworkers

• Self-motivated, capable of working with limited supervision, pro-actively reporting on status and tasks

• Adaptable - The role requires a willingness to take on tasks outside of a narrowly defined role, and ideally a desire to be multi-skilled

• Capable of working to both tactical and judicious timescales

• Demonstrates strong knowledge of concepts and theories in own discipline.

• Perceived internally and externally as technically knowledgeable in the specific modules assigned.

• Experience with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or Information Systems from an accredited college or university

• 5+ Years experience leading development team performing Oracle EBS projects with financials modules and tool set.

• 10+ Strong PLSQL, SQL, Oracle Database experience

• 10+ Years' experience on Oracle Forms, XML Publisher and Oracle Reports

• 10+ Years' experience on two or more Oracle Financials modules (PO/AP/AR/FA/GUProjects) and Application Foundation (AOL) under Oracle Release 12 environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred knowledge/experience with Web services, XML gateway, ECC, OIC and SOA Integration knowledge

• Oracle Apex knowledge would be advantageous.

Additional Information

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in end-client facing roles will be strong plus.

• Ability to work under pressure and in an environment with multiple clients.

• Flexible to work in Shift.
