Clemleddy Construction, Inc. Carpenter Apprentice in Hawley, Pennsylvania

1.) Objective -- To provide an opportunity for an entry level carpenter to explore the prospect of a career in Residential Construction to include, but not limited to:

-Seeing first-hand the skills needed to excel in a construction career -Working within a team environment -Being able to experience the progress made in a workday -Participating in physical work and understanding the satisfaction that comes at the end of a project! -Working outside and enjoying the elements whether they are good, bad, or indifferent -Learning your full potential, it may be more than you realize!

2.) Requirements -- This job is not for everyone, you must: -Be physically fit, able to lift 50 lbs. -Dependable, working within a team requires accountability -Able to follow directions, a person is never able to give direction if they can't follow direction -Have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation -The ability to put your Smart Phone down during the work day -Pass a drug test -Possess a great attitude!

3.) How does it work? -You will need to fill out a Job Application at our office -An interview will follow -If selected, you will be provided an employee manual to read and sign -An initial set of hand tools will be provided on the first day of work

Additional Information Hours - Full Time -- General work schedule is M-F 7:00am -- 4:30pm plus additional hours as necessary to perform outlined duties Vacation -- PTO Compensation: TBD, Bi-Weekly Pay Additional Paid Time Off -- All major holidays Benefits -- Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance, and 401k after 90 days. Employee will be provided with company shirts and various other resources/tools to support employee's efficiency.
