ManpowerGroup Reach Truck Operator, Warehouse in Hayward, California
Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Reach Truck Operator with 1-2 years of recent reach truck experience and current employment in a similar role. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with reach trucks and be prepared to contribute to a variety of warehouse and logistics tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Job Title: Reach Truck Operator
Location: Hayward, CA
Pay Range: $22.00-$24.00/hr
Shift: Mon-Friday 8am to 4:30pm
What’s the Job?
Picking & Stocking: Repack picking, stocking, and replenishment
Shipping & Receiving: Small parcel, LTL, and pallet build shipping; loading and unloading with pallet jack or sit-down forklift
Cycle Counting: Conducting cycle counts and inventory control
Facilities Maintenance: Basic warehouse maintenance, battery changes for equipment
What’s Needed?
1-2 years of recent experience operating reach trucks in a logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse environment
Current employment in a logistics-related role
Strong verbal and written communication skills; team-oriented and detail-focused
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, and walking for extended periods
Experience with SAP is a plus; familiarity with other ERP and WMS systems , especially scanner-based, is highly valued
