Vacancy: Order Processing Assistant - Initially a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.

This role is working for our Electrification and Automation business which is part of the Siemens Smart Infrastructure Division.

Location: The team are based at Hebburn, local to Newcastle. The role allows you to work remotely for 2 days a week.

You’ll make a difference by:

•Assist with repairs and processing repair forms to the customer.

•Prepare export paperwork for the return of the repairs and communicate this detail to the customer.

•Prepare DHL paperwork for transportation of the repairs.

•DHL invoices – check that these are our business and confirm back to finance for payment.

•Commissioning Failures Log to ensure faulty relays are returned to HQ from customer within timescales so HQ so they do not automatically charge for replacement relays.

•Support with e-mail quotations to the customer for loose product for the protection and control side.

•Check order confirmations, revised order confirmations from HQ against SAP orders to confirm delivery dates and advise of difference so customer can be informed/acknowledged.

•Put all delivery notes from HQ within SAP system for each individual order.

•Support of processing orders in SAP and send customer their acknowledgements.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

•Experience with Spiridon (SAP) is desirable however, full training will be provided.

•Knowledge of Microsoft office, (Word, Excel, Teams) is a requirement.

•Strong communicate skills both written and verbal.

•Organisation and control of orders to ensure each one is processed and acknowledged in a timely fashion.

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•To not be afraid to ask questions, take on board the answer and learn and delivery from the new knowledge and understanding.

•Be enthusiastic, friendly and motivated at all times.
