Title:First-line Supervisor: **Type:Permanent, Full-Time Wage: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour Location: Henderson, NV
Description: An established shoe wear manufacturer is opening its first USA operations in Henderson, NV and is looking for first line supervisors to lead a team of assemblers to manufacture athletic shoes for some of the industry name-brand leaders.
**Job Responsibilities: 1. Assigning responsibilities to Footwear Assembly Line Workers 2. Coaching Footwear Assembly Line Workers 3. Supervising and monitoring Footwear Assembly Line Workers 4. Conducting reviews for personnel performance 5. Compiling production records 6. Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly 7. Ensuring production plans are completed in time 8. Communicating with other manufacturing sections in the same assembly line 9. Identifying and troubleshooting production issues and technical bottlenecks 10. Ensuring and maintaining safe work environment
Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in the First-line management of footwear manufacturing or footwear assembly line work preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as First-line Supervisor
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work long hours
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
