Job Title: Electrical Technician

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Electrical Technician with experience in troubleshooting and repairing packaging equipment and general manufacturing plant equipment. The role requires maintaining high standards of electrical safety and compliance with OSHA regulations. Successful candidates will perform general plant mechanical maintenance, engage in Allen Bradley PLC programming, and work with high-voltage, 3-phase electricity. The position involves designing, fabricating, and conducting basic replacements of motors, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, and belts.

Hard Skills

• Allen Bradley PLC programming

• Electrical and instrumental experience

• Experience with AC and DC circuits and equipment

• Fabrication and design

• Basic motor, gearbox, pump, bearing and belt replacement

Soft Skills

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair

• Expert knowledge of OSHA regulations

• Strong safety awareness
