The Sponsor provides mission partners with the best of government and commercial hybrid cloud solutions. As a team, they manage these hybrid cloud solutions, as well as the physical and virtual server infrastructure, to include storage and backup infrastructure that hosts these hybrid cloud solutions.
What You’ll Get to Do:
You will work with infrastructure and systems engineers tasked with developing and supporting the Virtual and Physical Hosting Infrastructure as well as the Enterprise Storage and Backup recovery infrastructure.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
University Degree (BA/BS) and Seven (7) or more years of relevant work experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
HP iLO remote server management
Demonstrated experience with Storage Area Networks (SAN) block-level and Network Attached Storage (NAS) file-level.
Demonstrated experience with Network and SAN technologies such as Fibre, FCoE, iSCSI, NFS, or CIFS).
Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise level backup environments.
Demonstrated experience in system administration such as Linux or Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.
Demonstrated experience with vendor storage management applications such as NetApp, NOM or OCI.
Demonstrated experience with cloud gateway technologies.
Demonstrated experience working with backup services such as NetBackup or Rubrik.
Demonstrated experience working with Hitachi or NetApp storage devices.
Demonstrated experience managing Hewlett Packard Enterprise server hardware via iLO.
Demonstrated experience working with Cisco LAN/WAN components.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Demonstrated experience with virtualization technologies such as VSphere and Acropolis Hypervisor (AHV).
Demonstrated critical thinking experience with respect to providing engineering and systems administration support to the Sponsor’s physical and virtual infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience engineering and critical thinking with respect to integrating new virtual computing, enterprise storage, and backup capabilities into a baseline.
Demonstrated experience with Sponsor specific hardware and software development practices
Demonstrated experience with the ICD 503 security requirements.
Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor’s certification and accreditation process.
Demonstrated experience with network layer technologies including server load balancing and firewalls.
Demonstrated experience with Cloud technologies to include AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, Google, or IBM.
