We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of dress uniforms while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of success in manufacturing management.

  • Production Management:

  • Plan, organize, and direct all manufacturing activities to ensure timely production of dress uniforms according to customer specifications.

  • Develop and implement production schedules, workflows, and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.

  • Monitor production metrics, analyze performance data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs

  • Maintain strict quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process to ensure that all garments meet or exceed customer expectations and regulatory requirements.

  • Implement quality assurance protocols, conduct regular inspections, and address any deviations or non-conformities promptly.

  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.

salary: $47 - $50 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM
