Customer Service - Confirmations Specialist
Compensation: $17-$19 pr/hr
Job Type: Hybrid, part- time, 4 week days and 1 weekend day from home. 4p-8:30p weekdays and 9am-5pm one day per weekend.

A Customer Service - Confirmations Specialist will work on our Confirmations Team along with our sales team to manage calendars, communicate with customers, and confirm appointments to delivering a great customer experience.
Customer Service - Confirmations Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:
Interact with customers over the phone and written channels
Respond to queries related to products and services
Handle and resolve complaints in accord with established policies and procedures
Any additional duties that are necessary due to the evolving needs of the business
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce is a plus.
