Reyes Holdings Fleet Shop Manager in Highland Park, Michigan

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a full-time 1st shift Fleet Shop Manager to oversee our Reyes Coca Cola Bottling fleet shop in Highland Park, MI with experience in both fleet operations and hands on trailer/tractor experience.

Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM with flexibility as neededPay: $78,000-$85,000 annually (Based on experience and qualifications) + Potential annual Bonus

Position Responsibilities:

  • The Fleet Shop Manager has full accountability for maintenance and repair, parts inventory control, budgeting, transactional data quality, and management services

  • As the Fleet Shop Manager, you will reinforce all safety rules, eliminate maintenance failures, and identify systematic opportunities for improvement in operations and maintenance at local facilities

  • You will provide day-to-day operational leadership, handle hiring and recruiting, and achieve financial goals for the facility

  • You will analyze operating metrics, provide guidance on trends, and develop actions to correct performance inefficiencies and reduce expenses

  • Occasional travel required

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or Technical School Certification with 8 plus years of specific experience and 3 plus years of management experience

  • Valid Driver’s License to operate applicable company vehicles
