Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the construction industry, located in Hillsboro, Oregon. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for providing data entry support and managing customer and contract information. This job offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately entering contract information such as customer names, addresses, and material specifications

• Providing data entry support for process changes

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action as necessary

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suites to efficiently manage and organize data

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records

• Resolving customer inquiries and providing outstanding customer service

• Processing customer applications in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Typing speed of 45-60 WPM is required

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites is essential

• Experience in the construction or contractor industry is preferred

• Must possess strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial

• Must have the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

• Proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
