Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 4 years of experience in tech marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, agency, or a related B2B industry.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience at a marketing firm, agency, management consulting firm, bank, and/or in another role utilizing strategic problem identification.

  • Understanding of Google's advertising products and the technology industry.

  • Ability to develop and understand strategy, with creative problem-solving skills.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, and business acumen.

  • Interest for technology, creativity to think outside the box, and leadership skills to execute effectively.

  • Ability to communicate in Vietnamese fluently to Foster and develop key relationships with new and existing Vietnamese-speaking partners in Vietnam.

Whether you're on a consumer product (like Gmail, Search, Maps, Chrome, Android) or a business product (Google Ads, AdSense, Google Marketing Platform, Analytics), you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the representation of the product and help it grow a consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across Sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more. In this role, you'll be involved with product marketing strategy from beginning to end.

As a Product Marketing Manager for Ads, you will shape the strategy, planning and communication of our suite of Ads solutions, thought leadership in digital, and supporting the Sales organization in driving advertising business from large corporate clients and agencies. You'll encourage and educate marketers across Vietnam with market insights, support Google’s content strategy, and communicate effectively through scalable marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with Communications, Sales, and Ads Product Specialists, as well as collaborating with other Marketing teams across Google’s global offices.

  • Partner with Sales organization to drive positive brand perception and incremental business.

  • Drive business analysis and analytical activities to develop B2B marketing strategy.

  • Manage B2B marketing for large corporations and agencies to ensure synergy in operation, efficiency in execution, and consistency in narrative to the market.

  • Develop messaging, collateral, events, and business strategies aimed at advertisers, agencies, and publishers, increasing our engagement with them and measuring the efficacy of such programs.

  • Inspire and build confidence amongst advertisers and agencies through research, insights, and case studies.
