The Product Marketing Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for developing and implementing the business strategies for Chemistry, Immunology, and support for Automation Solutions.

This position is part of the Commercial department located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and will be working as hybrid. With Beckman IA, CC and Automation, we understand Lab challenges and provide scalable solutions to Low, Mid and High Lab with their own KPIs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Developing and implementing the business strategies for Chemistry, Immunology, and support for Automation solutions to support business growth in Vietnam. Deliver marketing plan and messaging plan yearly with prioritized features and corresponding justification (develop the core positioning and messaging for the portfolios).

• Screen, collate and analyze market intelligence in the competitive spaces for the formulation of sales and marketing strategies in responding to the market dynamic. Providing market feedback to the APAC marketing team and customizing product launch plans (LEX) for the local market to support the business.

• Provide technical product training, marketing support, and Pre & Post-sales support to Channel Partners in Vietnam.

• Support activities to ensure the Sales objectives are met. Implement a business plan designed to achieve the annual business and financial goals of the organization.

• Perform co-visit with Vietnamese Channel Partners and BEC Associates at key accounts for New Product Implementation and Automation account and prioritize marketing activities in those accounts in an active sales cycle (existing and competitive) to position Beckman Coulter products for customer’s needs.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Degree or equivalent in Biotechnology, Biology or Science related subject.

• Minimum 3 years of technical and marketing experience in In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD / Life Science (Ls) markets; Technical support experience in Immunology and Clinical Chemistry.

• Well-versed with market dynamics in Vietnam with an established track record of initializing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Good strategic thinkers without losing sight of details and processes.

• Possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage and influence team members cross-functional peers, customers, and dealers.

• Possess strong language proficiency in English.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Worked in a similar position to working with Channel Partners

• Possess Automation experience in Workflow analysis and lean concepts.
