The opportunity

A unique opportunity has arisen at Teva for a dedicated Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our team and make a meaningful impact. This person will function as a point of contact on supply chain and logistics function for the Vietnam market. You will work closely with commercial, Finance, RA, QA, and regional SC to meet AOP commitments.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Be the contact between the Company and its local distributors or customers on adequate stock availability to meet market demand.

  • They will be a point of contact for customer on purchase orders and processing.

  • They will manage the Customer Database and Material Master Data on the Supply Chain systems.

  • Run S&OP process and have a risk mitigation plan.

  • Be the contact for all the local distributors and customers on supply chain & logistics matters of all shipments from manufacturing sites to Vietnam to make sure that they arrive on time and partner on plan for shipments & delivery as schedule and target.

  • Monitor and update database in the system as assigned to ensure data integrity and alignment with regional supply chain management.

  • Align internally with Regulatory Affair Team and Launch tracker to prepare for new launch.

  • Be part of the tender supply process and change management for Vietnam market.

  • Handle internal training & follow up implementation SOPs related.

  • Deal with quality issues in VN market in compliance with SOPs.

  • Make sure its local distributors act on orders placement timing and inventory levels.

  • Make sure correct documentation is provided for each shipment to ensure products are cleared without any issues during VT customs.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain/Logistics, or other relevant fields

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain

  • Experience in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Industries in Vietnam market is essential

  • Experience in Multicultural, Metrix, Global environment is an added advantage

  • Must have local knowledge of Pharma regulations such as customs Good analytical skills

  • Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
