Unilever Workplace Service Assistant Manager in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Supervise and manage all operational facilities include Facilities Management, Travel, Meeting, Event, Fleet
Be accountable for day-to-day service delivery in line with established service levels, whether provided by a third-party service provider or in house by Unilever.
Develop policies, procedures, work instructions relating to services operations.
Ensure all budgets are fully in line with targets and growth objectives are achieved in full.
Manage multiple building projects (including sustainable projects) such as refurbishments, dilapidations, and office moves.
Background in Service Operations (+5 years experience), preferably in an Integrated Facilities Management capacity.
Experience in managing third party service providers
Experience in managing building projects
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, customers, clients, and staff at all levels
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Good command of English
