The Position

VTS Manager, Poultry

In charge of implementing the Vaccination Technology and Services (VTS) to BI Animal health Poultry stakeholders and provide VTS equipment support training.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Closely working with distributor VTS team to provide 24x7 VTS equipment support and equipment installation at customer.

• Preserving ongoing vaccination quality by regular customer site visit with feedback from customer and finalized in field visit report.

• Provide training on VTS vaccination equipment and vaccine guidelines to internal and external customer. Support in-house and customer site trainings conducted by VTS Competence Center ASKAN.

• Data gathering on VTS equipment shortcoming and collect the feedback from operator or OPU VTS.

• Follow up to improve the equipment locally and conduct testing prior to implementation.

• Support and develop VTS promotional activity or vaccination guidance in printed and digital format. Seek the guidance from Global VTS and technical.

• Closely working with VTS ASKAN Center to update and plan the strategy operation with BU Head.

• Implement the VTS vaccination guidelines, equipment procedures and monitoring and vaccine handling from Global VTS.

Requirements:

Minimum Education / Degree Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical and electrical engineering or veterinary medicine

Required Capabilities (Skills, Experience, Competencies):

• Experience in interaction and cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders from varied backgrounds requiring a range from non-technical to technical language to explain equipment and services

• Problem solving & analysis

• Experience in VTS equipment troubleshooting and audit on customer site

• Functional expertise: provide Vaccination Technologies and Services to the customer by maintaining the integrity of vaccination process and identify the vulnerability and preventive issues

• Mechanical and electrical engineering skills

• Interpersonal skill; customer face-to-face visit.
