We're excited to be growing our team by adding a dedicated Personal Care and Beauty Category Partner Manager for the L'Oreal brand. What You'll Do

As a Partner Manager, you will manage the L'Oreal business. Your consultative and strategic approach to sales and relationship building will be integral in driving revenue and deepening brand connections to our customers through innovative retail media solutions. In this role, you will:

  • Build and manage relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.

  • Shape joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success.

  • Plan and achieve growth goals by presenting Walmart advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing objectives.

  • Conduct forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and present high-impact opportunities to customers.

  • Collaborate closely with account management partners, demonstrating strong backend knowledge and the ability to lean in and ensure smooth operations.

  • Travel approximately 2-3 times per month to NYC to meet with the supplier/agency.

Who You Are

You have:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience generating new SaaS sales leveraging value solutions selling.

  • Expertise in all WMC products and solutions, especially in Paid Search and CTV.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational as well as presentation skills.

  • A strong ability to propose creative technologies across a landscape of diverse decision-makers and align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

  • A strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management.

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Zoom Info, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • A passion for driving business results for companies.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00-$216,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in psychology or related area.

Option 2: Master's degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.

Option 3: 5 years' experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.

5 years' experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.

5 years' experience managing client accounts.

5 years' experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
