Now is your chance to make a difference. We are hiring immediately for a full time, Mechanical Assembler Painter. With a culture rooted in continuous improvement, this role is mission critical.

Your Role:

As a Mechanical Assembler Painter, you can expect to be our go-to for driving continuous improvement in the operations and assembly process. More specifically, in this role, you

  • Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety (EHS) rules and regulations relevant to the position.

  • Comply with and follow all company policies and procedures.

  • Meet manufacturing timelines for all paint process steps.

  • Execute primer and paint processes according to standard work instructions.

  • Ensure high quality of work and maintain accountability for the condition of the finished product.

  • Familiarity with water wash exhaust filtration paint systems.

  • Set up and operate paint mixer, paint booth, and spray gun.

  • Identify and use appropriate tools for specific tasks.

  • Perform tasks independently with minimal support.

  • Interpret assembly prints, drawings, and work orders.

  • Provide training to less experienced painters when necessary.

  • Perform other assigned functions as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Will provide on the job training (OJT)

  • Must have the ability to understand and speak English, as well as read and write in English.

Preferred:

  • Industry experience

  • Ability to work overtime.

Hollister, CA: The hourly range for this position is $16.00 - $27.81

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

The salary range for this position (inclusive of sales incentives/commission) is 32,520.00 - $60,360.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location.
