Looking to expand the accounting team by adding a dedicated Staff Accountant. work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements monthly.

• Assist with month-end closures, financial reporting, and quarterly corporate needs.

• Analyze sales, general ledger expenses, and budget variances; provide detailed reports.

• Prepare and distribute financial statements and various financial reports.

• Track, process, and reconcile incentive programs and commission payments.

Skills

• Excel (2 years of experience is required)

• GAAP (2 years of experience is required)

• Full-cycle accounting (2 years of experience is required)
