Description We are looking for an Interim Corporate Controller to manage and oversee the entire monthly close and financial reporting cycles while streamlining accounting processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the complete monthly close and financial reporting cycles • Act as the primary interface, ensuring effective communication with various business units and external auditors • Implement and streamline accounting processes and systems • Utilize extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle FCCS, and Hyperion • Leverage solid understanding and experience in finance and accounting management • Ensure a thorough understanding of the technical aspects of accounting • Work closely with private equity to drive financial strategies and operations. Requirements • Proven experience in a Controller role or similar position

• Proficiency in Monthly Close procedures and Monthly Financial Reporting

• Solid understanding of Corporate Accounting principles and practices

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL and Oracle Financials

• Familiarity with Hyperion Financial Management software

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to strategize and solve problems

• Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting

• Capable of managing large amounts of data

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity

• Ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation

• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
