Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in South Hadley, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of duties, including data entry, customer service, and email correspondence. Responsibilities:

• Keying in data accurately and efficiently using 10 Key Skills

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and responding promptly to inquiries

• Regularly maintaining customer records to ensure they are up to date

• Managing email correspondence effectively and professionally

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data processing and document creation

• Organizing files systematically for easy retrieval

• Performing calculations as part of data entry tasks

• Scanning relevant documents and digitizing them for record-keeping

• Typing documents, reports, and correspondences as needed. Requirements • Proficiency in utilizing 10 Key Skills.
