JOB SUMMARY

This job supports, at a senior level, multiple teams (Sales, Product Engineering) by specializing in understanding the technical aspects of the EHS platform and integration touchpoints, explaining them to potential vendors and/or customers.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact, and technical liaison, between Sales, Engineer, and Vendor relations

  • Interpret and communicate effectively with customers, partners, and colleagues to ensuring all pertinent system requirements are met

  • Recognize and issue recommendations to customers to align with cost-effective resolution

  • Oversee modifying and resolving issues with clients

  • Lead cross functional teams to ensure common goal alignment on a given initiative/project

  • Provides subject matter expertise to all stakeholders within the platform integration processes.

  • Act as mentor to less senior team members

  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 7 years in Information Technology and Information Systems

  • 3 years in Strategic OR Analytic Consulting

  • 3 years in Vendor Relations OR Customer Engagement
