Order Processing

  • Review and approve location purchase orders in a timely manner ensuring effective consolidation and coordination.

  • Review third party purchase orders in a timely manner ensuring effective consolidation and coordination.

  • Lead effective communication between location or third party and SBU, to ensure accurate purchase orders.

  • Provide accurate and timely shipping documents to SBU.

  • Record and manage order process in AX in an accurate manner.

Order Fulfilment

  • Receive and review invoices from SBU, identifying and dealing with variances if required.

  • Ensure order fulfilment is in line with product lead time, requested delivery mode and other customer specific requirements.

  • Undertake goods allocation and release process according to established department policies and procedures.

  • Process complaints according to established department policies and procedures.

Order and Stock Analysis

  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding order status to location or third party.

  • Prepare reports and analysis as assigned by Customer Service Manager to support customer service team.

  • Be the owner of specific business or Supply Chain KPI reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

  • Through data analysis, identify trends and opportunities for process and service improvement and provide ideas for implementation.

System support

  • When requested undertake system review / testing and make changes to system/data.

  • Act as backup super user of AX for order processing; take lead in user testing for release of new AX features; follow up with IT to resolve system issues on order processing.

Service

  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with internal and external customers through open, effective, and interactive communication.

Product and Function Knowledge

  • Prepare and update relevant SOPs to ensure an accurate and up to date Supply Chain quality management system.

  • Ensure ongoing functional, procedural and product knowledge is up to date, via self-directed learning, proactive and effective involvement in training and development, and market research.

Teamwork

  • Work as part of a team, providing back up and coverage and sharing responsibility across the Dentsply Sirona business for the completion of tasks as required.

  • Work closely with other functions to identify and leverage opportunities to expand DENTSPLY Sirona business and drive related objectives.

  • Provide training and coaching to new associates to ensure they are able to be effective as a quickly as possible.

  • Act as system/process expert amongst team.

Education

  • Bachelor or Associated Degree preferred

  • If no diploma equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered

Criteria

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in customer service and order management

  • MRP experience required experience, Dynamics AX or SAP ERP is an advantage

  • Advanced in Microsoft Office suite – especially Excel Pivot, vlookup

  • Demonstrated ability to analysis data using excel at an intermediate+ level

  • Strong client-facing and communication skills – regional experience required

  • Strong customer orientation

  • Familiar with international trading terms and regulations

  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal required

  • Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese, both written and verbal
