What's the Role?

The Bloomberg APAC Marketing Studio has an opportunity for an experienced Video Producer to join the team. You will use your experience in video content development, planning, logistics, budgeting, licensing, usage negotiation and the full service production pipeline to join our team. Your portfolio should reflect your hands-on approach and dedication to collaboration. We are seeking some one with the capabilities to Produce animation, live-action content, and immersive experiences. The role requires an eye for accuracy across multiple projects simultaneously.

We'll trust you to:

• Take content ideas and build structure around them that leads to execution and delivery

• Own and manage timelines, ensuring stakeholders remain informed of changes to milestones

• Manage and produce multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously and autonomously

• Able to identify, mitigate and manage project risks

• Influence processes and propose new ways to work effectively

• Manage outside resources/vendors by building strong relationships and be commercially astute and skilled to negotiate the best quotes for projects

• Have experience with casting, talent management, usage and licensing

You need to have:

• 8 years experience of Agency or Studio experience working on global brands with a portfolio of Produced work

• Experience producing content on APAC social platforms such as WeChat, Line etc

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Resilience to overcome obstacles in a high-pressure environment

• Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal direction

• An eye for objectives, both for business stakeholders and the creative team

• Experience validating SOWs and collecting details necessary to commence work

• Ability to manage expectations with grace

• Solid understanding of the video production process, terminology, and best practices

• Fluency in media and social platforms

• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

• Fluent in English

• Experience with Adobe CC

We'd Love to See:

• Experience in editing

• Familiarity with PM tools like Asana
