Senior Buyer / Assistant Manager, SEATH

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Work closely with regional merchandising teams in development and execution of merchandise assortment to maximize the sales potential.

  • Conduct seasonal buy according to countries need and identify market opportunities.

  • Plan the OTB framework for the buy with planning team

  • Deploy effective replenishment and markdown plan to achieve GP and sales target.

  • Conduct consolidation activities to maintain optimal stock and SKU holding at store level.

  • Others e.g. product training, defective report, sales analysis (weekly report within department and monthly report with regional), follow up on shipment status; create order master, price setting, merchandising plan.

  • Work effectively with allocation, retail and planning team on launch plan, delivery and inventory management.

  • Offer support in GTM on marketing campaign.

ENVIRONMENT: Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented setting; interface with regional merch, retail, planning, allocation, logistic and Supply Chain.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience : 8+ years of relevant experience with experience on accessories is preferable

Education: University graduate in Fashion Design/ Merchandising/ Retail, or related discipline

Skills:

  • Experience in dual gender fashion apparel buying/ merchandising, experience with accessories is a plus

  • Regional experience is highly preferred

  • Good fashion & color sense, strong market sense & high awareness of consumer trends,

  • Passion for retail

  • Experience in team management

  • Good figure sense and analytical skills

  • Effective communication and presentation skills

  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
