Fluor is seeking individuals with experience as foremen or supervisors to transition into construction management through Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and Workface planning (WFP). We have various positions available across sites in the UK and throughout Europe, aimed at developing the next generation of construction management professionals. These positions are project based.

Join our workface planning teams, where experienced planners facilitate and oversee contractors in the development and collation of installation work packages (IWP). These packs guide construction crews in safe and efficient execution.
