Summary:

Integration engineering management leading front-end fab and post-fab integration engineers and technicians. Responsible for inline product controls and quality, response to signals, and continuous improvement of yield, quality, and cost. Drives defect reduction and yield improvement for power trench and IGBT as well as CMOS technologies. Partners with yield/device, defect inspection, test/probe, quality, production, quality, module unit process, and technology development teams.
